Our latest innovation, developed in partnership with Microsoft and Harvey, is ContractMatrix, which is a generative AI-powered tool that streamlines contract drafting, analysis and negotiation. It is designed to liberate lawyers from processing work and empower them to focus on what they do best: strategic thinking and decision-making.

ContractMatrix was made by our lawyers, for lawyers. A&O Shearman's lawyers have been instrumental in testing and developing the tool, with around 2000 lawyers currently using ContractMatrix internally. We are also licensing ContractMatrix to companies on a SaaS (Software as a Service) basis.
