Allen & Overy advises Grain and BlackRock on their strategic investment in Phoenix Tower International

Allen & Overy has advised Grain Management, a leading global investment firm specializing in digital infrastructure, and BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager on a strategic investment in Phoenix Tower International, a leading global wireless communications infrastructure provider headquartered in Florida. PTI operates over 24,000 telecom towers across 23 countries in North America, Western Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.

The investment by Grain Management’s flagship funds and by the fund managed by BlackRock’s Diversified Infrastructure business will support Phoenix Tower International’s capabilities to provide critical tower infrastructure to new and existing markets around the world.
