Allen & Overy advises OX2 on sale of 20 MW wind farm in Poland

Allen & Overy Warsaw’s PENRI team advised OX2 on the sale of a 20 MW onshore wind farm in Bejsce, Poland to Enea Nowa Energia, part of the Polish energy group Enea. The Bejsce wind farm will consist of six turbines and will be constructed in the southeastern part of Poland. 

The Allen & Overy team was led by Kamil Jankielewicz and included Antoni Roszkowski, Mateusz Kwolek, Pawel Grzesik, Julia Pytko and Natan Fischer. The project was supervised by Jaroslaw Iwanicki.
