For a seventh consecutive year, Allen & Overy LLP (“A&O”) will host its highly regarded U.S. Leveraged Finance Training Camp (“LFTC”) on October 25, 2023.

This innovative program offers credit and investment professionals an in-depth look at the fundamental concepts and documentation underpinning leveraged finance and private debt transactions.

A&O’s partners and senior attorneys will gather an impressive and diverse audience to examine topics including the anatomy of a leveraged capital structure, financing commitments, key covenant concepts, credit agreements and restructuring fundamentals, in addition to the latest legal and commercial developments in the market.

Last year, LFTC welcomed more than 1,000 registrants from the most well-regarded banking, private credit, private equity and financial advisory firms both in the U.S. and abroad. This year’s program is expected to draw an even more robust attendance and will once again include an in-person component in New York that will be live-streamed to virtual attendees globally.

Todd Koretzky, the firm’s leveraged finance partner leading LFTC, noted, “Each year, we’re thrilled with LFTC’s enthusiastic reception by clients and friends of the firm; the program has continued to grow and garner a loyal following. Increasing demand from an ever-broader roster of participating firms speaks to the high-quality and timely content that A&O partners create exclusively for the event each year. We take great pride in the trust our clients have placed in us to contribute to the development of their most promising professionals.”

“As the leveraged finance and private credit landscape continues to grow and evolve, it is crucial to offer this kind of knowledge sharing and education with our clients and peers to support the development of the next generation of deal makers and industry professionals,” said Jake Mincemoyer, the firm’s U.S. head of banking and leveraged finance practices.
