Allen & Overy advises SAP on the acquisition of the technology of the advanced analytics SaaS platform Kausa

Allen & Overy has advised SAP SE on the acquisition of Kausa technology, an advanced analytics SaaS platform based on machine learning, from The Why Company.

Due to its AI engine, Kausa allows the performance of root cause analysis within seconds and provides a comprehensive understanding of why key performance indicators are changing. Kausa unlocks all available dimensions of the data and presents actionable insights in seconds, which can be used to identify hidden opportunities to drive revenue growth.

The developers and founders of The Why Company and their entire team will continue to develop the Advanced Analytics SaaS platform as part of the SAP team.
