A&O Shearman advises Sage on its acquisition of Infineo

With this acquisition, Infineo’s sophisticated reporting solutions will be integrated into Sage’s portfolio, creating a seamless customer experience. Combined with Sage, Infineo’s software will enable customers to work with their data more efficiently, facilitating easier and faster decision-making while powering more effective outcomes using accurate real-time data pulled directly from the general ledger.

This acquisition marks a pivotal step in the technological evolution of Sage's reporting capabilities.
