A&O Shearman represents Telemos Capital on its acquisition of Helios Global Group Limited

Telemos is a European mid-market private equity firm backed by family capital, with a history of investments in the healthcare sector.

Founded in 2015 and now with almost 300 employees across five office locations spanning the U.K. (Cheshire, Manchester, Oxford and Cambridge) and USA (Guilford, CT), Helios provides high-quality and impactful healthcare communications, as well as health economic and market access solutions.
