UniCredit, new EUR1 billion Senior bond with A&O Shearman advising

UniCredit S.p.A. place a Senior floating rate bond for a nominal value of EUR1bn and four-years maturity, intended for institutional investors. A&O Shearman advised UniCredit S.p.A. as issuer.

The bond pays quarterly a floating rate coupon based on three-months Euribor rate increased of margin of 0.70%. The bond has a four-years duration with maturity in November 2028 and it has an early call option at the third year (November 2027).

The bond is documented under UniCredit S.p.A.’s EUR60bn Euro Medium Term Notes program and it is issued in dematerialized form and centralized at Euronext Securities Milan (Monte Titoli). The notes were admitted to listing on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
