Aaron has experience advising lenders and borrowers on a wide range of finance transactions, including corporate finance, Islamic finance, project finance, receivables finance and real estate finance. 
Aaron also has strong experience supporting clients’ in-house legal teams, having completed secondments to Emirates Global Aluminium in Dubai and The Commercial Bank in Doha.

Representative matters

  • Emirates Global Aluminium, as borrower, on USD6.5bn term loan and murabaha facilities.
  • Emirates Telecommunications Group Company, as borrower, on a USD7.5bn term loan facility.
  • The lenders on USD1.5bn term loan and murabaha facilities for Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC).
  • Atalaya Capital Management and Chimera Investment, as lenders, on a USD350m receivables-backed term loan facility for Tabby.
  • The lenders on a EUR1bn ECA-backed term loan facility with UK Export Finance (the UK export credit agency) and a EUR220m term loan facility in connection with the financing of the construction of Yerköy-Kayseri high speed train project in Turkey.
