  • The financiers on TPG Capital's acquisition of DOC Generici.
  • The lenders in connection with the EUR 2bn financing by CVC of La Liga, the top professional football division of the Spanish football league.
  • The private credit provider on the financing supporting CVC's investment in Ligue de Football Professionnel, the French football league.
