Experience

Representative matters

  • Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (TAQA) on its USD1.5 billion bond offering in 2023, including a USD1 billion green bond. 
  • The managers on the inaugural issue of USD 300 million notes by The Mauritius Commercial Bank Limited (MCB) under its USD 3 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.
  • The joint lead managers on the issue by the Republic of Senegal of EUR 775m amortising notes in 2021, as well as the dealer managers on the concurrent tender offer for the USD 500 million notes due 2024. 
  • Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. on its EUR 1 billion Non-Step-Up Non-Cumulative Contingent Convertible Perpetual Preferred Tier 1 Green Securities in 2020. 
  • The joint bookrunners on the issue of €700 million Senior Note Participation Notes by BOI Finance B.V. (the “Issuer”) to finance the purchase by the Issuer of a Senior Note issued by the Bank of Industry Limited. The Senior Note is guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
