  • BentalGreenOak in its acquisitions of various large portfolios of logistics assets under development.
  • Anima SGR in its acquisition of the control over leading Italian real estate asset management company Castello SGR S.p.A.
  • Allianz S.p.A. in the renegotiation of its bancassurance joint venture with Unicredit S.p.A.
  • Prelios SGR S.p.A. in several acquisitions of logistics assets (single and portfolios).
  • Blackstone in several transactions including the acquisition of RCS Mediagroup S.p.A.’s historical buildings in Milan and headquarters of the Corriere della Sera newspaper.
  • Exxon Mobil in connection with its USD1.3 billion sale of the Augusta (Sicily) refining business to Sonatrach.
