Andreas specialises in domestic and cross-border real estate and fund finance transactions as well as leveraged finance transactions, advising asset managers, financial institutions and corporates. Andreas also has extensive expertise in enforcements and restructuring transactions.

Andreas is a former president of the Luxembourg young bar association.

  • Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat, Luxembourg on a significant fund finance transaction to a fund managed by private equity asset manager SwanCap.
  • Banque de Luxembourg (BDL), as lender, along with another bank, on a real estate financing (club deal) granted to the Luxembourg company IKO Real Estate S.C.A., as borrower. 
  • Banque Internationale à Luxembourg S.A., as lender, on a financing to aam2core Holding AG (Germany) with a view to refinance the acquisition of CORESIS Management GmbH (Germany).
