Anna and her team focus on helping high-net-worth individuals preserve and transfer wealth in a manner that is both tax-efficient and aligned with their personal objectives.

She advises on all aspects of estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning for both domestic and multinational clients. Anna has 25 years of experience structuring estate plans and establishing trusts; administering substantial estates and trusts, from probate proceedings to IRS audits; and guiding clients through the formation and administration of charitable entities.

Her clients include small and large single family offices, closely held business owners, business executives, trust beneficiaries, executors, trustees and private equity fund principals. Her advice is often sought by business owners who are selling, or taking public, their closely held business, and fund principals who are in the initial stages of forming a fund. She works closely with her clients’ family offices, accountants, insurance brokers and investment and other advisers to identify potential issues, simplify structures and find creative solutions to complex matters.

Anna is very involved with the firm’s Family Office initiative, which takes a multidisciplinary approach to providing single family offices across the globe with the unique legal advice that they require.
