She represents both lenders (senior, mezzanine or second lien) as well as borrowers and sponsors.

Asha has developed in-depth knowledge of unitranche financing and regularly advises debt funds in the context of acquisition financing, capex transactions, refinancing and corporate transactions. She has also had the opportunity to work on several high yield financings on both the issuer and initial purchaser sides and in several restructurings. As a senior associate, Asha manages a team of several lawyers and coordinates several jurisdictions on each deal on which she advises.
