Ben advises international and domestic e-money and payment institutions, banks, tech companies, marketplaces, retailers, digital asset providers, central banks, payment systems and lenders. He covers financial services, financial crime, consumer protection and e-commerce regulation, commercial contracts and transactions.

Ben is ranked Band 1 Payments Law UK (Chambers), Band 1 FinTech (Chambers) and ‘Hall of Fame’ FinTech UK (Legal 500).
