Brad has expertise across high yield bonds, bridge loans and credit facilities with a particular focus on advising investment banks, private credit providers and corporates on capital markets transactions and Term Loan B facilities. 
Brad also advises issuers and financial institutions in connection with restructurings and liability management matters, as well as in connection with indenture interpretation, disclosure and SEC reporting matters.

  • Lowell Group, in connection with its offerings of senior secured notes in September 2016, April 2017, September 2017, February 2018, November 2020 and December 2020.Intrum AB, in connection with its offerings of senior notes in June 2017, July 2019, September 2019, December 2019 and August 2020.
  • Ardonagh Group, in connection with its offerings of senior secured notes in November 2018 and PIK notes in July 2020.
