Cristina has more than 10 years of experience advising Spanish taxation issues on domestic and international transactions and she is part of the international taxation group of the Firm.
 
She has advised on international tax planning transactions and tax matters related to domestic and cross-border transactions, international financing and re-financing deals, group-restructuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, debt issues and capital markets, and tax proceedings and disputes.
 
In addition, Cristina has a wide experience advising on property taxation, the investment, divestment and refinancing in real estate assets, and financing structures. She usually provides tax advice in relation to the acquisition, co-investment and sale of both secured and unsecured debt packages, performing loan portfolios and non-performing loan portfolios.

  • Cheyne Capital in the granting of a 73M EUR loan to H.I.G. Capital for the acquisition and development of two buildings in Arturo Soria, Madrid, which will be used for the sale and rental of apartments.
