  • A multinational telecommunications company on the real estate aspects of its GBP31.4b joint venture with Telefónica to merge Virgin Media and O2’s fixed, broadband and mobile businesses in the UK, together with advising on post-completion separation matters.
  • A global retail company on the GBP181m sale of its Polish business to Salling Group and additional divestments of its Polish store estate.
  • A fund managed by a global financial institution on its GBP181.5m purchase of a 166,300 sq. ft. office building in the City of London, together with advising on asset management matters for the building post-acquisition.
  • A leading regional investment company on the establishment of a 50/50 joint venture investment platform and the associated asset management and investment advisory arrangements with MassMutual and Barings International for investment in logistics assets across France, Germany, the Nordics and the UK.
  • A global investment manager on the formation of a pan-European property joint venture platform with one of the largest and leading private real estate investors and managers for the purpose of investing, developing and managing logistics facilities.
