Her work focuses on competition law enforcement and merger control proceedings before the Dutch Competition Authority and the European Commission. She advises on all aspects of competition law and has experience with large multi-jurisdictional merger control filings across Europe and the rest of the world, including complex phase II proceedings with remedy negotiations. She also advises and litigates on matters of EU law, private enforcement of competition law such as cartel damages cases and administrative law proceedings.
Eline joined the firm in 2017 after graduating from Maastricht University, where she specialized in European and international law (LLM, cum laude) and Dutch corporate and commercial law (LLM, cum laude).
