Emily has particular experience in advising clients in connection with financial services regulatory and internal investigations, including in relation to non-financial misconduct, whistleblowing, financial crime (civil and criminal) and systems and controls failures.

Emily has also represented a number of financial institutions and corporates in connection with complex disputes. Emily has worked on a number of high-profile multi-jurisdictional claims in the English High Court, UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and the English Court of Appeal.

Emily has also spent six months on secondment to A&O Shearman’s Silicon Valley office. 

Prior to joining the firm, Emily was seconded to the in-house litigation and regulatory team of a well-known British consumer products company.
