Emma advises on a wide range of asset management matters, including the structuring and establishment of funds, ‘fund like’ products and joint ventures, investment management arrangements and other institutional investors’ investments, covering all asset classes.

Emma’s specialist area is joint venture relationships and she regularly advises clients across the globe on their joint venture arrangements. She also has extensive experience in advising funds and asset managers on regulatory matters and market trends, including advising on AIFMD, UCITS, MIFID, PRIIPS and ESG and has been a key member of the firm’s Brexit and ESG working groups, regularly producing materials and speaking on these topics. Emma has been recognised as a Rising Star for Real Estate Funds in the Legal 500 2021 rankings with clients noting she is ‘incredibly detail-focused, whilst remaining practical/commercial’ and was shortlisted as a Rising Star in the Euromoney LMG Europe Women in Business Awards 2020.
