  • Jefferies Finance, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $2.15 billion first lien secured financing for the acquisition of Mavis Tire Express Services by an investor group led by BayPine, in partnership with TSG Consumer Partners.
  • JPMorgan Chase, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $1.496 billion first lien secured financing for the acquisition of Kofax Parent Limited by Clearlake Capital Group and TA Associates Management.
  • Bank of Montreal, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $1.346 billion first lien secured term loan facility, $300 million second lien secured term loan facility, $225 million revolving credit facility and a $150 million asset-based facility for the acquisition of Bayer Environmental Science by Cinven.
  • UBS, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $750 million first-lien secured term loan facility, a $300 million second-lien secured term loan facility, and a $100 million revolving credit facility, for the acquisition of Medrisk by CVC Capital Partners. 
  • JPMorgan Chase, as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $420 million first lien secured term loan facility, a $125 million delayed draw secured term loan facility and a $100 million asset-based facility for the acquisition of Carlisle Brake & Friction by One Rock Capital Partners.
  • Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $850 million first lien secured term loan and revolving credit facility and a $150 million second lien secured term loan facility for the acquisition of a grocery store chain by a large private equity sponsor.
