  • Stellantis on its US$1.6 billion strategic investment in, and its ground-breaking international joint venture with, Leapmotor. 
  • A consortium comprising CVC Capital Partners and the founders of Razer Inc. on the US$1.38 billion management buyout and take-private of Razer Inc. (a world leader in high-performance gaming hardware, software and systems). 
  • China Gas on its successful defence of the proposed hostile takeover by Sinopec and ENN Energy. Advised BBVA on the privatization of CITIC International Financial Holdings. 
  • Ørsted (formerly known as DONG Energy) on its acquisition of a stake in the Taiwanese offshore wind project Formosa I from Swancor Renewable. 
  • China Southern Power Grid on its acquisition of a stake in Transelec (the largest electricity transmission company in Chile) from Brookfield Infrastructure. 
  • HSBC on the establishment of its majority-owned securities joint venture in China with Qianhai Financial Holdings. 
  • Swire Pacific and Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) on their investments in Pertamina Bina Medika IHC (Indonesian state-owned hospital operator).
