Gina advises clients on employment, labor, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters in relation to corporate transactions.

She has experience conducting employment-related due diligence, negotiating transaction documents, drafting employee agreements, and providing general employment and benefits advice. Gina’s pro bono work includes representation of clients in child support proceedings and immigration asylum applications.
