Hayde’s practice focuses on employment, employee benefits and executive compensation matters in corporate transactions, including employment-related due diligence and negotiation of transaction documents.
Hayde frequently advises clients on employment, separation, restrictive covenant, change in control and other similar agreements. She also advises private investment funds and financial institutions on complex matters relating to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She is a native Portuguese speaker.
