  • Stellantis N.V. on its proposed EUR1.5 billion investment to acquire a 20% stake in Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology and the creation of an industry-first global joint venture for the manufacturing, distribution and sale of NEVs.
  • The financial advisers on the proposed privatization of Vinda International by a member of the APRIL group by way of a pre-conditional voluntary cash offer.
  • The financial adviser to NWD on the proposed voluntary general offer of NWS Holdings by Chow Tai Fook Enterprises.
  • CICC as financial adviser in the proposed privatization of Dali Foods Group by Rongshi International by way of a scheme of arrangement.
  • CITIC Securities as financial adviser in the proposed privatization of Poly Culture Group by Zhongyi Centure Cultural Industry Investment by way of merger by absorption.
  • The joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners on Prudential plc’s USD2.9bn concurrent Hong Kong public offering, and international placing of, up to 5% of its issued share capital on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. (previous firm experience)
