Jan advises private equity investors, international and domestic companies on cross-border M&A transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, leveraged buy-outs and reorganisations. 

He also advises clients on all areas of general corporate law.

Jan studied law in Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom with a focus on comparative and European corporate law and worked for various international leading law firms as a research associate and during his legal traineeship in Hamburg and Barcelona. He received a doctorate in corporate/restructuring law from University of Freiburg (summa cum laude).
