She is actively involved in various industry working groups on debt capital market issues, including the impact of the EEA and UK prospectus, market abuse and transparency regimes, ESG related regulation and digitalisation.  She has also held the pen on aspects of industry standard documentation. Jennifer is a regular speaker on our internal and external training programmes and is responsible for our general debt capital markets standard form precedents and other internal and external knowledge resources.
