Jenny has particular experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, acting principally for lenders including banks and private credit funds on sponsor-backed acquisition finance.
Jenny has recently been seconded to Goldman Sachs in London where she spent 9 months in their execution team, supporting transactions originated by their EMEA credit finance group.

  • The underwriters on the financing for the public-to-private acquisition by a subsidiary of a multinational financial institution of Kahoot!, a global learning platform.
  • The underwriters to finance the acquisition of Vodafone Holdings Europe, S.L.U., the Spanish branch of the leading telecommunications company, by Zegona PLC.
  • The underwriters to finance CVC’s acquisition of Business Integration Partners S.p.A., an international consultancy firm.
  • The underwriters to finance the public-to-private acquisition by EQT of Recipharm, one of the largest global pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organisations.
  • The underwriters to finance Advent’s acquisition of Röhm GmbH, an international chemicals business.

Pro bono

  • Mentoring young people through: the firm’s award-winning Smart Start programme; UpReach; and Future Frontiers.
  • Founding member of the Social Mobility Network and member of the Social Mobility Working Group.
