Joshua is an associate in our New York securitization and structured finance practice.

He has experience advising sponsors, underwriters and issuers in a range of Rule 144A and Regulation S securitizations. Such transactions include offerings involving covered bonds, collateralized loan obligations, credit card receivables, auto-leases, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, aircraft leases, data centers and R-PACE assets.

Joshua has provided regulatory advice in relation to the Volcker Rule, U.S. Risk Retention, and New York law matters for both US and foreign entities. Joshua is an advisor to our clients navigating the regulatory landscape across a number of regulatory developments, reforms and initiatives (Marketing Rule, Private Fund Rule, LIBOR Transition and Rule 192 regarding conflicts of interest).

He has participated as a speaker on industry panels and co-authored several publications relating to a number of key regulatory initiatives that have an impact on the securitization market over the past year.
