Junior Associate

Judit has been a member of the Hungarian corporate practice group since 2016.

She has experience with a wide range of transactions, with a focus on cross-border and domestic M&A deals. She regularly advises leading international and domestic clients across various industries, such as energy, technology, chemicals and e-commerce. 

Judit also actively advises clients on various other corporate and regulatory matters, and is the lead expert in foreign direct investment matters in the Hungarian office.

Representative matters

  • CMC on the sale of its 100 MWe solar power plants located in Kaposvár, Hungary to the MVM group.
  • eMAG on the termination of a joint venture with the founders of Extreme Digital Zrt. and the sale of the Vatera online marketplace.
  • Amadys Group BV on the acquisition of the Hungarian telecom infrastructure provider RayNet Kft.
  • Erste Bank on the acquisition of the 15% stake held by the Hungarian state in Erste Bank Zrt.
  • W.A.G Payment Solutions on its acquisition of WebEye Telematics, a leading fleet management solution provider in the CEE region.
