He guides them through complex issues such as contract negotiation and termination, remuneration regulations, restructuring and redundancy, internal policies and compliance, and business transfers. He also defends their interests in labour disputes and assists with immigration procedures for foreign workers.

  • A global technology leader in a court case in Poland against the decision of the Social Security Institution.
  • Innova Capital on employment aspects of its acquisition of a minority stake in CloudFerro.
  • Aramco on employment law aspects of its investment in Poland’s refining, wholesale, and jet fuel marketing segments through a number of acquisitions from PKN Orlen.
  • Sumo Group on employment law aspects of its acquisition of PixelAnt Games. This is Sumo Digital’s tenth gaming studio and the first in continental Europe, with the studio being based in Wrocław, Poland.

Pro bono

  • Giving immigration law advice to Ukrainians seeking asylum in Poland.
