Louise advises on a broad range of capital markets transactions and has acted for managers and issuers across a variety of transactions including straight debt (Regulation S standalone bond issues, MTN programme establishments, updates and drawdowns); covered bonds; regulatory capital issues and green bond issuances. 

Louise has worked for managers and issuers from a variety of regions and industry sectors (including UK PLCs) and has experience of listing across a range of EEA markets. Louise has a particular focus on transactions involving issuers in the Nordic region.

Louise has spent time on secondment at two international investment banks; firstly focusing on structured finance and funds transactions and secondly working in transaction and risk management.

Pro bono

  • Assisted the International Refugee Assistance Project with Special Immigrant Visa applications for Afghan nationals.
  • Worked on improving writing skills in primary school children through the Writing Partners scheme.
