  • Ambassador Theatre Group, a leading live theatre and ticketing organisation and portfolio company of Providence Equity Partners on the financing for its combination with Jujamcyn Theatres, the innovative Broadway theatre owner and production company.
  • Exponent Private Equity on the acquisition of Gü Puds, the dessert brand from Noble Foods Group.
  • Exponent in connection with the financing in relation to its acquisition of Eat Real and Proper Snacks, two leading Better-for-You (“BFY”) snacking companies.
