Majesty has extensive experience in representing clients in a wide range of complex and high-stakes government investigations and litigation.

She has successfully handled matters involving allegations of fraud, money laundering, sanctions, commodities, securities, and banking violations, and IP infringement. She has represented clients across various industries, such as financial services, asset management, virtual currency, engineering, manufacturing, and retail.

Majesty joined the firm in 2019, after obtaining J.D. and LLM degrees and an Advanced Certificate in Global Business Law and Governance, and receiving the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar distinction, from Columbia Law School. She interned for Judge Paul G. Gardephe of the Southern District of New York. Prior to moving to the U.S., Majesty was a litigation associate for over six years at a leading law firm in the Philippines, where she handled a variety of commercial, corporate, and civil litigation and arbitration cases. Majesty is admitted to practice in New York, California, and the Philippines.
