In such sector, she has dealt with the structuring and negotiation of several public and private securitization transactions involving various asset classes, including CMBS, RMBS, consumer receivables, leasing, auto loans and NPLs. Martina also has a wide knowledge of the regulatory aspects inherent the securitization instrument, both in terms of Italian and European Union legislation.

With regard to banking law, Martina has assisted many leading Italian and foreign banking institutions as well as large corporate groups in real estate, leverage and corporate lending transactions, both on the domestic and cross-border markets.
