Michelle has served clients in matters involving a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, and high tech. Her experience includes working on a range of patent litigation matters, such as Hatch-Waxman litigation, other district court litigation, Federal Circuit appeals, and post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Michelle has experience with all phases of patent litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal.

Michelle clerked for the Hon. James Donato in the Northern District of California and for the Hon. Raymond C. Clevenger, III at the Federal Circuit.
