These include standalone bond issuances, MTN program establishments, updates and drawdowns, covering social housing bonds, green bonds, and regulatory capital issuances in particular.

Representative matters

  • bLEND Funding – advises the managers on the maintenance of bLEND Funding Plc’s Secured EMTN programme and issuances thereunder.
  • Clarion – advises the issuers on the maintenance of Clarion Funding plc’s secured EMTN programme and issuances thereunder. 
  • European Investment Bank – advises the managers on issuances under the European Investment Bank’s Debt Issuance Programme.
  • General Motors Financial Company – advises the issuers on the maintenance of General Motors Finance Company Inc.’s EMTN programme and issuances thereunder. 
  • London & Quadrant – advises the managers on the maintenance of London & Quadrant Housing Trust’s secured EMTN programme and issuances thereunder (including having advised on L&Q’s GBP300 million Secured Sustainability-Linked bond). 
  • MORhomes – advises the managers on the maintenance of MORhomes PLC’s secured EMTN programme and issuances thereunder. 
  • Nordea Mortgage Bank – advises the managers on the maintenance of Nordea Mortgage Bank plc’s covered bond programme and issuances thereunder.
  • Places for People – advises the issuers on the maintenance of Places for People Homes Limited and Places for People Treasury Plc’s guaranteed EMTN programme and issuances thereunder.
  • REN – advises the managers on the maintenance of REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais SGPS S.A. and REN Finance B.V.’s EMTN programme and issuances thereunder.
  • Saltaire Finance – advised the managers on the establishment of and advises on the maintenance of Saltaire Finance plc’s secured bond programme, guaranteed by the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, and issuances thereunder. 

Pro bono

  • Co-chair of the firm's Muslim Network – Supporting faith, diversity, and community initiatives including the hosting of fundraising iftar dinners during Ramadan, having raised over £100,000 for charities.
