Morgan advises on various patent related matters including strategy, validity, FTO assessment, and litigation, with a focus on innovative pharmaceutical companies.
He has practised for several years as French and European Patent Attorney, and as such has supported development programs of drugs and diagnostic tools from early stage to post-marketing in the course of his prior experience. He has also regularly intervened in industrial property audits of biotech companies at the request of venture capitalists.
