Nella has a wide range of experience from Kenya in general corporate banking, real estate finance, receivables finance and project finance.

She has also advised on several capital market transactions, including a sovereign bond.

Additionally, she has experience in advising on restructuring, refinancing and corporate insolvency in Kenya. In London, Nella has garnered experience in advising on financing of water companies, project finance as well as public and private securitisation deals.

Nella was part of the team that was awarded the East Africa Private Equity Deal of the Year 2019 by DealMakers Africa.

Additionally, she was recognized in 2022 by IFLR 1000 as a Rising Star in banking and finance in Kenya.
