Noah focuses on significant and complex cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, including public and private mergers, asset deals, hostile bids, unsolicited transactions, proxy contests, tender offers, divestitures, auction sales, private equity, and joint ventures. Noah has experience advising clients in a variety of industries, including sports and media, chemicals, life sciences, and industrials.
