Patcharanon advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions including corporate restructuring and reorganisations, and mergers and acquisitions. 

She has worked extensively with clients in equity capital market transactions and has advised numerous publicly listed and privately held companies on securities and exchange-related laws and transactions, including initial public offerings, issuance of warrants, tender offers and delisting of securities. She also regularly advises on regulatory and compliance matters including financial services, cryptocurrency and digital assets and employment, and contributes to various domestic and international pro-bono projects.

Patcharanon works with major international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including banks, communication and media, consumer and retail, energy, industrial, technology and many more, particularly those that provide products or services or conduct marketing activities on a cross-border basis.

Pro bono

  • Advised Orchid Project regarding the legal frameworks and regulatory regime for female genital mutilation.
  • Advised the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in relation to the legal frameworks and regulatory regime for access to sexual and reproductive healthcare for young persons.
  • Advised Borderless360 on their collaboration to establish a joint inclusive education programme for refugees in Thailand with the People’s Empowerment Foundation.
  • Advised Alliance Anti-Trafic on issues related to the protection of their reports and original ideas regarding models for the reduction and prevention of harm to victims of human trafficking.
  • Advised Bann Dek Foundation on immigration, labour and criminal laws as well as other laws related to Baan Dek’s activities of assisting vulnerable children and migrants in Thailand.
  • Advised World Bank on Women, Business and the Law 2023 questionnaire on violence against women laws.
  • Advised World Bank on Women, Business and the Law 2023 questionnaire on laws on labour and employment in Thailand.
  • Advised Asian Development Bank on Legal Barriers to Sexual and Gender Minorities’ Inclusion Research Project.
