Paul has over 25 years’ experience advising on cross-border M&A transactions, including public and private company acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, strategic alliances, joint ventures and asset sales across a wide range of industries.

Paul also has extensive experience advising private equity clients, pension funds, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and other financial investors on transactions globally. Paul also advises financial advisors on advisory mandates.

Paul has extensive experience advising on U.S. law transactions, including U.S. public company transactions, take private transactions, de-SPACs and U.S. venture capital transactions, as well as English law transactions.

Paul has previously worked in New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong.

  • Advising Impact Investment Exchange on the issuance of the $8 million Woman's Livelihood Bond, the world's first listed debt security with a dual focus on financial and social returns, empowering 385,000 woman in Southeast Asia.
