Prakash advises lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of debt transactions with a particular focus on property development finance, acquisition finance, structured trade finance, fund finance, Islamic finance and vessel finance matters. He also regularly acts as Singapore law counsel on cross-border transactions.

He is widely recognized in legal benchmarking publications as a strong practitioner in his field and has been ranked in Chambers since 2015.
