Roman advises on private equity transactions throughout the entire investment life cycle. His practice includes investments in private and public companies, growth investments, co-investments, exits and management equity programs.

A particular focus of his work is advising financial investors on cross border investments.

  • SAP on the acquisition of LeanIX.
  • Gilde Healthcare on the acquisition of a market leading healthcare provider (broken deal).
  • Bridgepoint on the acquisition of media rights sold by Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL) (broken deal).
  • PTV Group, the world market leader for mobility and logistics software, and its shareholders Bridgepoint and Porsche SE, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Conundra B.V., a Belgian provider of route planning software.
  • Fremman Capital on the proposed acquisition of a global-leading medical devices supplier (broken deal).
  • Infinigate Group AG on the acquisition of cloud solution provider Vuzion.
  • Infinigate Group on its acquisition of Starlink group, a cybersecurity software distributor headquartered in Dubai and operating across the MENAT region.
