She has also advised clients on corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and foreign direct investments in India.

Shinjan is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. She is also admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, India and is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.

During the course of her work, Shinjan has gained experience in drafting contracts and disclosure, due diligence, red flag issue identification, interpreting financial statements and transaction management from kick-off to closing.
