Stephanie advises on a broad-range of domestic and cross-border direct and indirect tax matters, with a particular focus on private capital clients.

Her experience includes advising asset managers on the establishment and operation of their investment platforms, as well as negotiating the terms of an investor’s investment in a fund. Stephanie also regularly advises on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions as well as financing transactions.

Stephanie is a member of the ATAD and DTT tax committees of the Luxembourg Fund Association (ALFI) and a member of the tax committee of the British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg.

Prior to joining the firm in Luxembourg in 2019, Stephanie trained and qualified as a solicitor in the London office.
