Bruce has regularly acted across the capital structure for all stakeholders in distressed situations and financings, including borrowers, sponsors, distressed investors, syndicate lenders, noteholders and administrative parties. Having spent three years in the firm's Dubai office, Bruce has particular experience in working on complex matters in emerging markets, having been involved in a number of the Middle East's recent major restructurings. Bruce has spent time on secondment in the distressed product groups at both Standard Chartered Bank and Deutsche Bank.

Bruce is also a member of the Insolvency Lawyers Association.
