Recognition
We had the pleasure of working with Suzanne Sikkink and Chelsea Gunning. Both are very flexible, easy to work with in our high-paced organisation, pragmatic and firm. They negotiate if absolutely necessary, but no is definitely also an answer for them. Even when we come up with a new, very tight deadline, this is where they flourish.
